PSD Laser Analyzer

Uses laser diffraction to check the exact Particle Size Distribution curve. Guarantees narrow size ranges with zero oversized grains that could scratch substrates.

Morphological Evaluator

Advanced image analysis evaluates crystal circularity, aspect ratios, and surface roughness. Allows us to sort irregular flat/needle-like crystals from blocky grains.

Thermal Stability Index

Measures the Thermal Toughness Index (TTI) after exposure to temperatures above 1100°C. Ensures diamond grains withstand metal bond sintering heat.

Magnetic Susceptibility Bridge

Checks the concentration of trace metallic inclusions (nickel/iron catalysts) trapped inside the crystal grid, ensuring low magnetic response and high purity.
